Tasting followed with Collesi Bionda paired with pastry filled with fresh Burrata and basil pesto, Amber with Caponata in spiced sweet potato and Rossa, which is the Award winning as the best dark beer in the world for the last 3 years with Roast beef crostini.
We ended with Collesi Viola, Triple Malt. Dense and firm, its balance and intensity conquered all the partecipants.
