Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma organization was set up in 1963 with the object of safeguarding the gunuine products given by the region. Through the night, tasting of hand cut hams were offered matured from 18 to 36 month. Other delicacies were tasted, among which Treccia di Bufala Campana, an exquisite buffalo-milk cheese served with Pachino cherry tomatoes and typical Focaccia pugliese. All paired with two extraordinary products from Tenute Collesi.
