Collesi craft beer is produced in Apecchio, a tiny medieval village in the italian province of Pesaro-Urbino. All beers are brewed according to an old and precious recipe and are all top-fermented, unpasteurized and naturally re-fermented in the bottle. Such a production process fully preserves the fragrance and the aroma of each ingredient, making the beers distinctive and giving a full taste and an elegant perlage. To be appreciated at their best, we suggest a tasting in wine glasses, at the temperature of 7-9° C. Collesi beers are produced with a combination of selected barley, Monte Nerone water, and a lot of... passion!
